Jeff Moore is a Lead Engineering Recruiter for Google and has over 10 years of recruiting experience in the High Tech and Software Industries. Jeff is currently responsible for recruiting world class engineers to join Google's offices across the United States Eastern Region including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Pittsburgh and Washington DC. Prior to joining Google, Jeff worked for several years at a Senior Technical Recruiter at The MathWorks in Natick, Massachusetts. He is an active blogger with interests in using social networking and mobile technology.

Nancy Richmond is the Assistant Director of Career Counseling and Exploration at MIT. Nancy's expertise includes helping professionals use social media to solve problems, share information and to stay current with new trends in the marketplace. Nancy's previous presentations include "Using Social Media for Your Job Search", "The Value of LinkedIn", and "Why Use Twitter?". She has a background in marketing and experience in helping individuals create an effective online brand. Currently Nancy is pursuing a Doctor of Education at Northeastern University and is interested in researching how college students can use social media for their own professional growth.
