@modewr Nope. This glitch has been present since the arcade version. The 360 version is Arcade accurate, so I guess it retains this glitch. The DS version is arcade accurate as well, but this glitch is not present there.

@hybridfury Nope. I have all the characters unlocked on XBox, the screen doesn't look like this at all. Just on my MAME version, lol

@JSchmidt259 I see. I've seen some sort of distorting glitch on the Xbox 360 version, but I guess it's not related to this one.

Its an old arcade glitch when all the characters were unlocked, however, it's been more common on MAME then the real deal

Yeah, never happened to me on the actual arcade game. Happened to me all the time in MAME.
Oh well, I know how to temporarily fix the problem. Just start the game as player 2.
