  • Finally a VERY GOOD band! The melodies of all their songs are amazing! They kinda remind me of Crosby Stills and Nash! ;)

  • Such a gorgeous melody. The vocals are rich and warm.

  • @Skylard90 Another very over-looked band with beautiful melodies blended together is the Fleet Foxes. They're absolutely unbelievable!

  • What an incredibly beautiful song!!! I have to see these guys some time. Much thanks to Hell On Wheels to turning me on to such a powerful song. Peace and love to all who like good music.

  • @jockness17 the translation is actually of much debate because timsh'l is how its pronounced if its followed by another word and it kind of means, thou will rule or thou can, however it is mostly translated as thou mayest. sounds more poetic, especially when speaking in terms of the bible. just the two cents from a jew...:D

  • its really hard to find a band who sounds just as great live as they do on their album...but they do

  • And you are not alone in this

As brothers we will stand and we'll hold your hand

    Hold your hand

  • Ok, firstly, I want to get one thing established, I am not a troll. There is a difference between giving your honest opinion (be it an appraisal or a criticism) and just being a plain ol' troll. I'm not even going to give my opinion on this band know. The first two sentences are more important. Oh yeah, and Arcade Fire are class. Oh yeah, and if you haven't heard of 'Other Lives' you ought to check them out..

  • Everytime i hear this it nearly brings me to tears and i don't know why.... amazing lyrics and the voices to go with them!!

  • Timshel means "thou mayest." It gives everyone choice; biblical, it is the source of the lifted curse in Steinbeck's _East of Eden_.

  • I love Teds voice
