explaining dmd mutations

In my video explaining dmd last year, i only mention nonsense mutations, you might have thought all dmd's are caused by this. That is not the case, in this video i explain other causes in my own terms, including nonsense, missense mutations and a brief venture into frameshift mutations. This is unscientific in its approach, in as easy terms as i could manage. Parts may be incorrect because im not a genetic expert, please forgive any errors. I hope it helps, there is much more info out there on the internet, please explore and learn about this terminal disease, any questions please ask in the comments below.

Thanks for that - helpful information. I'm doing a project on Duchenne (in particular comparing exon skipping to utrophin upregulation) but I couldn't find much information simply by googling "Duchenne gene mutations". I now have a basis to find some more information =]
