Bah! I've always been a lightweight when it came to surgery but just watching this game and with how detailed it makes the practice really look is making me feint, I feel like a wimp.
Especially so when I watched "Meet the Medic" and I couldn't watch and enjoy the video without having to pause to catch my breath and repel my dizziness to avoid fainting on the spot.

The graphics for the time are really good and the soounds are cool too.
