I'm warming up after long standing at my jewelry table to re-align my body and to show you another sequence on the yoga swing=the total workout, portable, and easy to store gym. Even though my body wasn't limbered up I used my arm strength to control how far I wanted to go to the splits. My arms already warmed up (absolutely true!) to rotate in the shoulders for the flip with straight legs. You definitely need to plug in to your core. Practicing on the swing to co-ordinate the motions of your body with the "spiteful" swing requires a strong core or a strong will to build a strong core :)

To the local people in Birmingham, AL: come to practice with me at Mountain High Outfitters at Summit!

  • Sure thing! It's from the album DEEP BUDDHA by Blue Tribe and the song you like is Sagamatha (4th on the album). Glad you got inspired by the song rather than my hard-to-hear blabs :)))

  • Can I ask what is the name of the song & artist playing in the background?
