Tried out my loosest TRX (of 3 I own) today for the deadlifts, but the suit was very tight and awkward. This made the deadlifts themselves somewhat slow and difficult. I will reverse the suit (flip it backwards) next week to see if that makes a difference; bench went well.
nice deadlift(Y) but can u do the same weight if ur feet are paralel with ur shoulders ?:D
