Yes all Dachshunds do things like this. They want to be as close to someone they love as long as possible. BTW was that the excersaucer making that noise? If it was they must put a thing in them to jiggle the baby now. My nephews all had them and all there's could do is what the boys did, rock, bounce and spin. Plus you could lock down the seat and feed them in it.
