Two tutorials on how-to apply/take out etc contact lenses.
The two i chose were different to my eye colour,
because i wanted to see the difference :)

They are circle lenses and are made to be seen,
not felt.
I got GEO ANGEL BLUE and BARBIE EYE VIOLET COLOUR.

My tips to applying contact lenses for the FIRST time!:
Do not wear make-up! your eyes may water.
Do not stress, you'll just keep poking your eye in anger,
which is never good.
Open your eyes wide looking into a large mirror, with good lighting.
Use you middle finger and the forth finger on one hand,,
The middle with the conact lense and the forth pulling down under your eye (to widen it)
then on the opposite hand, pull upward on your eye lid.
Try not to blink, it really gets in the way.
Do not panic!! THEY CANNOT GET STUCK. IMPOSSIBLE!

When taking them out use thumb and index to pinch the contct lense.
It does not hurt!
they are very thin and flexible, they come straight out.
If you struggle and your eyes water, dry your hands on a clean towel, wait a few moments and try again. :)


If your eyes start stinging when you've ot them in:
You've probs got some dust/bacteria on it.
Closing your eye, stops the stinging.
Just stay calm and take them out.
Put them back in the solution, and let them clean.
Make sure your hands are washed and dry.
Try again.

If you drop them in the process, even if only on your face- they need to be cleaned. :)

One of the reasons your eyes were stinging is because you never want to use the contacts straight out of the bottle. You have to take them out of the bottle they come in and place them in a lens container with fresh solution and let them soak for 2 hours at the minimum. The solution they've been sitting in isn't meant to go into your eyes like that. Hope this helps.
