Transition Cities Part 2

Transition Cities Conference in Nottingham, held in November 2008. The first major Conference within the Transition movement that looked at ways in which Cities could become places of resilience and sustainability in preparation for Peak Oil and Climate Change.

The Conference was the first opportunity for different groups around the UK and Europe to get together, exchange experiences and bounce ideas off each other. - A transformative event for people to be inspired and become the change that is needed to move from and oil-addicted society to a more ecological and people-centred community.
