Ford Ranger is a great little pickup.
The V6 4.0 Liter offers great power and MPG.

what year is your ranger, and did you do all the mods yourself or did you get the kit they offer online, the reason i ask is because i have an 02 and am about to do the swap and dont know if what the offer will work, just trying to learn as i go.

@fordfnatx Hey shitnipples, the factory tach was calibrated for a 4 or 6 cylinder. You know, the ones that fire 4 or 6 times per revolution. So a v8 firing.....anybody.....anybody
....yes 8 times per revolution will give that poor tach a false reading, therefore showing more revolutions per minute. -
Watching this idiot drive I would be surprised if both vehicles are still in one piece. And on a side note, there is no way in hell that's a police interceptor. They haven't made a Thunderbird interceptor since Lee Iococa invented the Mustang. What a poser. Hey shitbird, wanna run me and My Mustang? (83 with a 347 Ford Racing crate engine) I also have a 2010 Ranger with a 4 banger, I use it as a ``truck``, look into it.

Wow teela tha tard what part of everything came from a v8 explorer do u not understand including the gauge pod that is calibrated for a....anybody......anybody.....yes v8 and I would be more than happy to run ur 347 stroker puttin out bout 420 horse with my 93 stang with 500 horse turbo 2.3 and yes that is a 4 banger and no the tbird is not a police interceptor and it just happens to be a v6
