Update: Oh my God, some people are getting so worked up about why I put the Penguin and Clayface in the lame pile. These are my reasons: the Penguin is based off a penguin! You know, those adorable, cute little animals everyone loves. He squarks and has two fingers. I suppose if there was a "neutral" category I'd put him there, but in my OPINION he's a stupid character. Worked well in Arkham City though.

Clayface - He's on there because what I love with Batman villains is they're somewhat realistic. Somewhat. Clayface is essentially a blob of clay that can shapeshift into different people. It's a cool power sure, but it's lame because he's... a BLOB OF CLAY.

However, I made a mistake in putting Mad Hatter in the cool list. Turns out he's a creepy pedophile.

Yeah....you say Condiment King sucks, but I bet RockSteady would turn him into a badass and terrifying villian if they put him in their final Arkham Game. Think of it; he could be an ordinary fellow shit outta luck and working in a burger joint he always gets no respect and is treated like shit and then he snaps and kills his boss by suffocating him with a ketchup bottle. He then goes on to replace condiment containers with poison and chemicals....just to fuck with people
