  • No, it means "TO me you are beautiful"

  • @enjoyTHC I speak and write German. But this is Yiddish, which I happen to know a little bit. I learned it from my mother and my grandmother. This is not German, but a totally different language.

    It means in German: "Für mich bist Du schön." or: "Ich finde Dich schön."

    In English it is: "To me you are beautiful."

  • BEI = WITH

    TO = FÜR

    so it means, 'with me, you are beautiul.'

    I am english-german bilingual and that is the definite translation!

  • @grafititurtle it is a bit different :)

    to me you are beautiful - zu mir bist du schön

    for me you are beautiful - für mich bist du schön

    with me you are schön - bei mir bist du schön

    hope it helps you :D
