Gingrich is death. He looks like an evil walking corpse. I just know, deep in my bones, that he is a child molester. ha! He looks like one. PURE EVIL.

so newt is involved with felonies and he's still able to run for president? what the hell!?

@sunhayabusaifyLOL! Nope I have been saying the same. The word "Succubus" is derived from the Latin word "succuba", which means prostitute or slut. "A demoness from Hell whose sole purpose is to drain the souls of men by having sex with them while they are asleep". (Or take over their political campaigns & send them on vacation). Also referred to as the, "Temptress of the Night". I haven't seen a beak like that since my last snapshot of a pelican on the beach! Very evil looking woman to be sure.

I say open forum by way of internet should be used to allow transparency. I know that at the grass roots we are doing this now, but perhaps we need to bring this to the forefront. As for who decides, I say with a transparent open forum the power goes directly back to the people. If we the people make it clear to begin with that we won’t allow liars & cheaters to run for office in our country we might be able to clean out immorality in our government. Grassroots is the solution.

@looseSpark I agree that @ the very core of democracy lies the right of any citizen 2 run, but I also believe running 4 president is not more a right than a privilege. Yes party selection processes SHOULD weed out the worst, but I’d rather weed out the worst of the best. Perhaps we can change our pre-selection process just enuf that people like Gingrich/Romney shouldn’t get the privilege 2 run. We the people r fed info from the media which r owned there4 their info’s misleading 2 say the least.

@angelablass Sadly, in our civic duty to be informed and elect only those fit to serve, and the duty of the press (the so-called "fourth estate") to find out the truth & root out corruption, we are both failing miserably at the moment.
The answer, I believe is a grassroots movement of education, much of which Ron Paul has already started in the USA, and which you and I can continue. Eliminating vote fraud is paramount to this, of course, implemented alongside grassroots education.

@angelablass I completely sympathize. But, enshrined at the core of our democracies (UK & USA) is the right of any citizen to stand for election (or preselection). Party selection processes should ideally weed out the worst candidates. How would we find out & assess someone's morals & who decides where to draw the line? Ultimately "we the people" do through the election / pre-selection process. Anything else gets a bit sticky with consequences for liberty. I don't see a better way.
