  • im thinking about getting one of these or a golf gti... which one do you like

  • I don't know about the GTI, but the Spec V was a fun and inexpensive car to own and operate. But, I think that the GTI is just as fast and nicer car on the inside. The Sentra is an inexpensive car and it doesn't hide that fact with its interior. You also have to make sure to keep an eye on the engine's oil level.

  • dude, too bad u didnt kno the track well cus i can run u out ther, i got the same car 04 Spec V, mane ppl in Kaiserslautern scared to race my 4bang :D

  • I am more familiar with the track now, but actually driving on the ring is a different experience than what you get on the PS2 or XBox 360. I loved my Spec too much to drive it on the limit. I also don't have sponsors to fix my car if I had a accident. But I did go back to the ring in my 2004 G35 (video is also on YouTube).

  • Man, U need push harder. 10:49 is really not satisfying. A woman did 10:08 on a ford van w/140hp. U can search Top gear+ford van for that vid.

  • It's one thing to race balls out in a computer game (where a misjudged turn only costs you time) than it is to do the same thing in real life, where you imagine your car wrecked and mangled on every corner. I know I could go faster, but you can't imagine how fast 10:49 feels on some of the straighter sections. And that "girl" is none other than Sabine Schmitt, who has the most Nurbergring track experience than anyone else. So you'll forgive me if I don't feel bad that she was faster than me.

  • Yeah because having a higher redline means your faster.

Specs don't need a high redline since they have all their power down low. We don't need VTEC, we have torque, something most Honda owners can't comprehend.

  • I got an 04 like in the vid, with CAI & headers, the torque makes it great to hit curves when you floor it, but it understeer a bit. As an everyday car its awesome, unexpensive and looks different of a civic (no hate). I'll get a G35 M6 before the next summer, even then I'll keep my spec-v. <3 Nissan

  • @flowizphatman I think he was slowed down by traffic at the beginning...

  • @joshhg5 The car is Japanese, assembled in Japan, but they also assemble it in Tennessee and mexico, does not mean it is from the USA or mexico...

  • @RodrigoMJ32 haha. If you own the car, you should know it's built in Mexico! PS: I own this exact car as well.

  • @joshhg5 mexican, um the car is Japanese dude..... please do not call my car mexican, that is an insult..

  • @bm14582 I was going to say, that comment by ig200254 was dumb, that woman has raced Nurburgring a lot...

  • OMG 10 minutes is really slow jeremy clarkson manage 2 get a diesel jag in 9.59.Sabine Schmitz manage 2 get a ford transit around it at 10.08 u need more skill mate
