@kelvino321 Check out my iExplorer video, its not as nice and pretty as Tune Aid but its still really easy and best of all its FREE!

@orton74 Tuneaid gives you a demo, but you do have to pay if you want all your music. I'm sure you can find another program that does it for free. I just found that Tune Aid was the fastest and easiest to use.

@Xxelite98xX I'm not sure about that, I have never received that error. I would try it again, make sure your computer is properly connected to your device, if not try re-downloading Tune Aid. If that doesn't work try contacting the company, hopefully they would be able to answer your problem. If I do find something ill make sure to let you know.
