It's Finally Here! - Golden Gnome Video Awards 2011 - CS1's Entry

UPDATE 24/12/11: I'll put this here for some people who don't want to read the comments (I don't mean that negatively, I mean I don't blame you.)

I'm not too fond of this any more. In regards to editing and voice acting. I know quite a few people like this, but to satisfy both parties, I'm working on a new Machinima entitled 'Rectification', that will have good editing (assured, I've gotten good at Sony Vegas) and good voice acting (hopefully). It also ties in my haters as a plot point, fairly successfully.

I'm not sure when that will be coming, but so you know, like my facebook page for updates and subscribe to me.

And, I don't want to sound desperate, but if you like the video, then like it. It gives me a BIG confidence boost.

Golden Gnome Video Awards 2011 -- CS1's Entry
This was a pleasure to make -- and after the 10 hours of Audio Recording and even longer recording Video, it's complete!
I'm in it to win it, but really I'd be more than happy if it just got enjoyed by a lot of people.
Heck, if it gets popular, I might become a regular Machinimist.
And a random fact, I actually did get Writer's Block while making this. I was the one who thought about making a sketch of it.
So much of it was trimmed to hit 4 minutes. Alas, the files are gone.

@sanderistehname I'll actually agree with you here (to the surprise of many of my haters).

Using Windows Movie Maker was a bit of a doomed decision, now I look back on it. The inability to edit text in led to rapid cutting and bizarre camera angles (heck, the stopmotion at the end was shoddy to say the least.)

And the voice acting wasn't anything special, we didn't really put much effort into that.

Admittedly, I plan on doing another Machinima - to try and see if I can rectify my errors.

@stainlesskiller to be honest although i think this is good i think your reading too much into it, i think the bad editing was more likely to do with being rushed than being done for comic purpouses.
