  • Yes its ok to do any type of callesthenics everyday as long as your body is trained to do so. If you are a beginner and you get very sore, then allow a day to rest.

  • hey man, thanks. Just a question...they usually say you need a day off for the muscles to rest and heal...but since this is not hard lifting weights training i guess its ok to do it every day?
