The topping adheres to the surface so if the slab cracks it might but the slab is reinforced and very stable.

Wonder how it looks close up..lots of squeegee lines and grainy I bet. Also id be willing to bet dye has faded under UV

Nope looked Great - UV stable colors were used. Grain is good when the clients wants a non-slip finish.
