FIND OUT WHO BABYLON THE GREAT REALLY IS!
Babylon the great is NOT a place or a nation. Babylon the great represents the persecution of the church or of God's people, as well as the persecution of the innocent, by those who wield political power or some form of authority. Babylon the Great is not just a future event, it has existed from the old testament and that's why God spoke about her as having killed the prophets. When Christ says "come out of her", He is saying, do not be part of those who persecute His people. At one point, the Jews were a part of Babylon the Great. More recently, the Roman Catholic church was. So what about the nation? The woman riding upon the beast in Revelation represents a specific nation, as you will find out from the video, and the bible continually refers to her as a city in chapter 17 and 18. The REASON that she has the title "Babylon the Great" on her forehead, and why the topic of Babylon the great is discussed in greatest detail when she comes on the scene, is simply because she represents A NATION that in the future will perform the WORST act of persecution ever done in history against the church and the world. This worst act will occur during the "tribulation" when that nation which is identified in the video will become somewhat of a world power.
WHAT ABOUT THE CATHOLIC CHURCH?
Someone sent me a message about that. This is part of the detailed response I sent him:
"Actually, I am familiar with the Vatican and it's really interesting. In fact, the Vatican and the Roman Catholic church, at least in the past, have been part of Babylon the great which really represents the persecution of the saints. When the Vatican and the Roman Catholic church murdered all those saints, they made themselves the biggest form of Babylon the great known to man so far. However, as far as the woman on the beast, she represents an even greater form of Babylon the Great (that is a greater form of persecution for the church) that will be perpetuated in the future, and this time, the "Vatican" will be in Russia. If I had enough time on the video, I would have also explained how Babylon the Great is an entity that continues to manifest itself, and it was manifested through the Roman Catholic church, and through the Vatican. What the Vatican did is a foreshadow of what will happen in the tribulation period, only that when it happens again, it will be so much worse. The same verse that predicted the "seven hills" upon which Rome was said to sit, was also predicting seven political forces or governments that another future nation will sit upon. In the book of Daniel chapters 7 and 8 and even to the end, you can also see where Rome is predicted as a horrible world power that, unlike all the powers before it, will crush its people in pieces and rule with a rod of iron. But then after it, the last kingdom that comes before Christ returns, is in every bad way, just like Rome, only worse. And it is so bad that the ruler, who is "the Antichrist" blasphemes God, crushes the saints who are given into his hands, and does every unspeakable thing. It is under the power of this future ruler ("the Antichrist"), that the final and ultimate meaning of the prostitute in Revelation 12 comes into position. But while Rome had decades of power, the future kingdom of the Antichrist will not last nearly as long because Jesus will come right back and destroy its nonsense.
So regarding your statement. Yes it is correct to say that Rev 17 predicted the Vatican. It did. But many scriptures predict more than one thing at once. Many verses predicted things that will happen to some saints or to a city, and yet at the same time what will later happen to Jesus. Many verses predicted what will happen in a smaller sense to Israel, and yet what will later happen in a much more greater sense in God's kingdom and in the church. The seven churches addressed in revelation were real churches, but Christ was also addressing future church eras. The latter is more important than the former in all of these cases. And understanding who the Rev 17 woman will be is more important than the past Vatican issue. Also note that the beasts of Rev 13 also refer ultimately to the future Anti-christian system.

Ten kings will give their power to The Papacy which is the beast (according to you), then they will destroy the Church which is the Whore The Pope is the head of The Papacy which is the Roman Catholic Church. That is ONE organization .The Whore rides the beast/ Rome i.e The Roman Catholic Church, Therefore neither Rome nor The Roman Catholic Church qualify to be the WHORE.

I hate to throw water on your parade dude but of the 37 prophecies in the bible pertaining to end time babylon only one may fit the catholic(maybe) but all the rest of them form and ring only one empire and that empire is The United States of America and Europe! All 37 fit this empire if we assume these are the last days! go to my web site for all 37 listed and the scriptures to boot! For your information there are no less then 17 areas in the world with 7 hills not just Rome.

@okebaram Good video, but we should realize that the only prophecies yet to be fulfilled from Revelation are the earthquake. Not to mention, the king of the south is Atheism and the King of the North defeated that when Pope John Paul II defeated communism. As for the dual fulfillment, Rome was the first harlot, Catholic Church was the second.
