@linnywinnie5 Lets say you need 3500 calories a day. 60% of that should be proteins, 20% carbs and 20% fat. Now all of these should be as health as possible. May sound hard to keep track of and it is, but then again bodybuilding takes as much dedication as anything :)

I get only 80 to 110gr of protein per day, all natural from food, not even whey protein, and work out 4-5 times a week, and god i see very much diference to my body.. I weight 74kg now, i've lost 23kg and i did get 3 times stronger in 10 months...I think protein ovedose 150gr++ is pure marketing...
