Your movements are too slow, used rather servomotors or solenoids to check(control) by microcontroleur, more strength in the movements and decreases the weight and increases better the conception of the hand, the good beginning:)

Check out festo pneumatics. They're definitely the ones running the show with pneumatic actuation.
