Its a perk in the game called Martyrdom. you drop a live grenade when killed.

this is definitely an extremely high quality video game i find it difficult to believe it. it's a lot greater than cod4. ive only reached the second prestige ! i'm as a result happy. got the game just yesterday morning from mw2forfreeZinfo (replace Z with . ) however , im undoubtedly annihilating most people!
