The students of the Maria Konopnicka Polish Language School in Chicagoland presented the Nativity story at the Wigilia [Christmas Vigil] of the Alliance of Polish Clubs [Związek Klubów Polskich] on December 18, 2010. What these youngsters may lack in professionalism, they certainly make up for in sincerity. The video consists mainly of kolędy [Polish carols] and most recitations have been omitted for brevity. The clip ends with the arrival of the Magi, otherwise known as the Three Kings. Although not formally Wigilia, these public Christmas Vigil events are typically held prior to Christmas Eve.
