Nick Scott and his friends competing. Nick wins Overall. He won the Rocky Mountain Championship and then wins the Overall at a Bench Press Competition LESS THAN 2 WEEKS APART!

I hope all these guys know that just about none of this bullshit counts with the guys who wrapped their elbows up. Lifters can add as much as 50-75 pounds on a max squat with knee wraps, imagine how mush these guys added with pussy elbow wraps. Wraps can be worn around the wrists to prevent injury, but not around the elbows to help spring the weight back up.
