  • i meant put shank 1st into pot then fry vege.

  • i just did lamb shanks for my test..

    1st pan fry the shank.

    2ed fry vegetables and put tomato paste fry till acidity is gone.

    3rd pour red wine to D-glaze.

    4th put shank and vegetables in a pot .

    5th pour in ur desired stock.

    6th put in oven preheated 200 degress celcius and then turn to 175.

    then leave it in the oven till desired tenderness is produced
