My Tongue Piercing 17/07/2010

I got My tongue pierced today,the clamp hurt way more than the actual piercing.. the only bit of the piercing i felt was when he first pierced the top part of the skin.

I apologise for my incredibly dumb arse noise i make over the clamp.. and also my tongue shaking! :D

The trainee who was also watching seemed to be impressed that I didnt dribble,could he honestly not see how dry my mouth was lol!

i had my tongue pierced too when i was younger :D had to take it out though : / my dentist ordered it :( good luck with your healing :D

@cupcakeonawire how comes you had to take it out?! mine doesnt hurt at all,the only thing that does hurt is the bruise lol :)

@xKellyMorrisx i have very thin tooth enamel and after having it for a few years my dentist finally advised me to take it out or risk further damage to my teeth (she could tell there was significant damage on the backside of my teeth from it :( - it was cool though because i had already had it for awhile before i did take it out so it wasn't like right away or anything, i miss it sometimes though, fond memories :) wishing a speedy recovery for you and lots of soup and ice cream nom noms :D

@cupcakeonawire that sucks seriously! could you not have an acrylic ball on the bottom or would that not help lol? im going to get the bar changed on saturday,i dont know why but i feel nervous.. like im getting pierced all over again lol x

@xKellyMorrisx nope :( the first year i didn't listen + used the barbells w/ the little rhinestones on the end which really screwed things up + then i switched over to the acrylic balls but the threads weren't as strong as the metal balls + i'd end up swallowing them :( in the end i decided that it would just be better if i took it out :) and no need to be worried! i remember it was a faster healing process than my belly ring (the only 2 piercings i've had), just my experience after all :D

OMG! ouch! i had my monroe and lip pierced but thats crazy i cant do that lol
