  • the best practice is doing it slowly.....

  • @MaxGardis you could simply sit down in a comfortable position daily and practice relaxing for however long you like, often practicing this you can feel the tension in parts of your body if you focus hard enough on it. This works very well for me. Hope for you to, you can try it standing up even. With love.

  • @MaxGardis : shoulders are actually the hardest thing to relax,, going to a tai chi or chi kung class may very well help you with this problem as it has helped me. it can often be psychological or postural. tension becomes the norm. you need to melt that ice that you have invested in. try to be aware when you are tense. the opening lifting hands move in most tai chi forms is a good shoulder excersise. doing tai chi will help align your hips and whole spine from the bottom up.

  • this man are demonstrating chikung with right theory and idea, but it's mainly on healthy chikung which means this chikung only can give you more healthy body doesn't generate any chi or super power.
