@EliteFootballer7 Okay i went to my highschool trainers and they gave me 2 stretching exerises im in 9th grade i was in crosscountry and My pain has gone away fully..i cant really explain th streches there a little diffrent than normal hamstring exercises but you have to stop all activity or take it really easy if you feel pain then STOP it sucks trust me but its going to benifit in the long run ill send you some streches they gave me well ill message you and YOU HAVE TO BE COMMITTED INTO IT
I got mine when i was 14 ,Im a danceri noticed it but it never hurt until i paid attention too it a year later it was painfull and stopeed again ,Now i cant even cotrol the pain and i cant sustain anywheight in it .Im 17 now and im dealing weather to still dance ,i wish there were a way were my knee can feel normal for once and not have to deal with it:/
@LIBRANERF104 i got mine when i was 15, i still played basketball, lifted weights, all that stuff it was the worst for 2 3 weeks and then the pain got smaller and smaller, i basically got cured in about 2 months. but there still is a bit of pain when doing legg extensions, heavy squats and max jumps
got mine when i was ten. still have it unfortunately. right now i'm using a 'tensor' brace but i'd love to start trying new things to help this.
