I agree except for the grinding/not prepared part, if it's a PvP server they signed up for it, they know the risk.

It is pretty much 100% unless the target as some kind of resistance to it or is much higher level then you.

Isn't that knockback - finishingblow/decapitation? I heard it got nerfed badly lately:P

Yes it did get nerfed but i can hardly tell the difference between the old one and the new one.
