This was a really good list. I thought Panzer Dragoon Zwei was amazing and personally I think Deep Fear looks better than Resident Evil 2, but it's a matter of opinion I suppose. I need to get my hands on a copy of Magic Knight Rayearth, I crave that game.

Azel Panzer Dragoon RPG is an amazing game, the battle system is so complex and original...not saying that FFVII sucks...it's just that PDS wins due to its amazing gameplay and graphics!
