You're lucky there were only 3 cockroaches.If the storm came through the day before, how do you expect them to get the place back to 100% that quickly. I'm sure your room(s) were not the only ones needing attention. I think you were lucky to have electricity. Stay in Orlando next time.

Maybe they shouldn't have charged us the full $400 a night if they weren't ready for us to expect the full hotel's services.
