that stone building looks like it is from that old Episcopal church in Garrison. Near Garrison Elementary. Heh I'm remembering all that and haven't seen Albany in over 30 years.

98% of the people that park in front of my house are state workers. Maybe he's not a state worker... maybe he's a teacher at Giffen Elementary. hmmm.

He clearly was smoking crack...cuz crack & coke addicts are just fuckin retarded desperate losers who will do anything for a drug that makes them feel good for a very short period of time(5-30 minutes)and then makes them act stupid as fuck...tweakers will do anything for a drug that makes you feel INCREDIBLE for hours and makes them productive as fuck
