You did a wonderful video of making the Slovak Halusky. My mother taught us all how to make them and I still make them regularly. For most of my life - I made them by flicking the dough into the pot with a knife - but now I use a deep pot with 3/8" holes in the bottom and it works great. I found it interesting that you can mix sour cream with cream cheese to achieve a similar taste to brinza... Ron Javorsky
