Between the weight of a full tank of fuel and the GoPro camera it was just too much for this Hobbico Superstar. I was getting about 25% of the normal response from the aircraft. I was very lucky with the rough landing and only damaged the prop.

  • Hey, how did you manage to get so few vibrations from the engine in the footage? foam?

  • @horizonflyer9 I put the camera right on the CG under the rubber bands holding the wing on. Also, the key is to make sure the prop and spinner are balanced. Hope this helped!

  • @coolvid679 Thanks a lot, man. Been a little hesitant to put my camera on my nitro planes, but I'll try it out

  • @horizonflyer9 Definitively. Just make sure that it can handle the weight (unlike this plane).
