Several clips of dolphins strand feeding on Kiawah Island at Captain Sam's Inlet at low tide. The trio of dolphins would corral the fish and herd them toward the shore, where the fish would hop out of the water to avoid the dolphins. Then the dolphins would jump on to the sand and lie there waiting for the fish to roll into their mouths. They did it several times, and it was the most amazing thing I've ever witnessed at the ocean.
Yesterday they made such a ruckus in my backyard i thought there where these big waves coming in until i saw their fins. Aren't they cool? Only on Kiawah Island and Japan do the Dolphins feed this specific way, corralling in a group and eating on their left side, wearing their teeth down on that one side. very cool.
