Maybe, but if so it's misguided. It just makes military spouses look uneducated. If they want to portray a positive image of the Army and of spouses it would make much more sense to have her speak about the poor Afghani civilians that the US Army is trying to help.

"The bad guys"?! Blair, I love you, but you are not 12 years old. I hope you're not one of those spouses who doesn't even know the name of the groups their husbands (or wives) and therefore our country are fighting against. If Op Sec forbids you to name a specific group say "Afghani militants". SOLVED.
