    It was a lot of work actually: all edges of plexi are beveled all the angles got double motres each end and needed to be exactly the same length. All the holes needed to be uniform (72 of them lol) and then drilling and tapping 72 holes in the plexi without disaster...and the paint work...and the plates for the fan mounts...and the drilling and taping for the plate mounts...oh yeah...it was a work out.
