I have Corel Painter 11. Is this good?

Yes. That's the most recent release.
I've already upgraded too.
There are not many changes (mostly bug corrections)
about 40 new brushes (like in every new release)
But one new feature is key: Painter 11 can now
handle color profiles. And that's huge.
That feature alone is worth the upgrade.
