I wish I was a mermaid too. are they allowed to love, however? I remember reading a fantasy story in which they felt pain each time they even thought of love :(

ILB186, yes when im a mermaid ill be able to love...i think we can all choose what kind of mermaid we will be.

@Ataume It's actually a Danish book (written by bent Haller). It's called Silke: En Forvandlingshistorie, which roughly translated means Silk: A Transformation Story. I don't think it's been translated to English, but you can try and look it up.

A great poem. I think it should not matter how old you are, anyone can wish to be a mermaid. It doesnt matter if your 5 or 35, The imagination has no limits, dont let someone make limits for you. Follow your dreams.
