Teachers at my school use these and always moan , so I decided to sneak up to my R.E Teachers Podium and see what it was called , hers took about 10 minutes to boot up after it died :/

@toggomusic i have exactly same laptop and it makes rattling sound. i have researched and people say that this can be caused by dust been collected inside the fan which stops it moving or something might have got stuck iside the fan. so i decided to open it but i cant find a website which shows me steps to take aprt this laptop. any help you could offer would be great

yes my daughter got this laptop used from a friend of her dads and it worked fine now the screen is so dark we can barely see it how do we fix this problem and also the power cord is chewed up from a dog could that be the problem
