When asked a question during the chamber of commerce breakfast Ken Blackwell looks down and then says that he supports the Bush administrations illegal wiretapping of its Citizens and thinks its right to appeal. Finally he says that people should give the government the benefit of the doubt and is laughed at by the audience.
I hate this asshole, but I don't see a problem with wiretaps. unless you're making illegal deals or transactions over the phone, you have nothing to hide, so it shouldn't bother you.

This man is a traitor to the US Constitution and to the American people for which it was written to protect and preserve their freedoms. No, there wasn't always an argumentative view on whether freedom was less important than national security, that is an outright lie from hell! Just another Bush cronie this guy.

He mentions Lincolns use of overturning Habeus Corpus, for which the Supreme Court smacked him down. Everyone should know, any govt power will creep over Liberty and Liberty will corrode. EVERYONE should know, a Right is a Right, and remains so regardless of the Law. The govt cannot remove Rights. They can only illegally infringe on them, which = a breach of Oath up to TREASON.
