funny......a criminal leads police on a high speed chase and the bails out and continues to run, and only when he realizes he cant run anymore, he surrenders. the guy goes to the ground on top of his arms at first, so the cops hits him to get them out from under him (maybe he has a gun in the waist band). i read the comments and the people act like the cop is the bad guy? whats wrong with america?

It looks like police brutality at first, and that's an easy judgment to make, but the cops will sometimes hit someone's side to bring their arms down and make it easier to put the cuffs on. Is it humane? That's debatable, but it is effective.

ya they pinned me against a fence while riding a bike to stop me... the cop hit me about 10 miles an hour and actually pinned me stuck! all this because i had a little bag of weed.excessive use of force.seriously, and undercover cop driving a 2 ton ford pickup pinning a weed smoker and crushing my knee. damn it hurts, this happened yesterday, FUCK MAN he didnt even give me a chance to see he was a cop. asshole,,,ill sue, oh yes ill sue,,,felony

I'm usually the first to call police brutality, but I think the few rib pokes where justified. Endangering lives with the chase and making the cop run, I can't make much of a case for him.
