Set the graphic quality to lowest and run in windowed mode to eliminate most lag. For some reason the game lags exceptionally on stage 5, As the underwater rendering is really poor for some reason. I suppose it tries to render every floating particle for the ENTIRE stage at once, while anywhere else in the game it only renders an area within where the player is. (Although I don't see why lowest setting couldn't just make stage 5 a tint of blue; but nonetheless, the lag is still there...)

Hey what specs does your computer have? My computer lags so much especially on the factory level. I'm thinking about building my own basing the specs on what this game needs to run 100%.
