While riding at Barber in October with my friends from Sportbike Track Time I crashed in turn 2. Fortunately a fellow rider caught this on video (Thanks). In this video I detail the Alpinestars GP Pro Gloves I crashed in. http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.com/Page.bok?template=alpinestars-sportbiket...

The GP Pro Gloves did a fine job of protecting my hands, especially considering my right hand was caught under the bike for a bit while sliding.

  • whats the difference between the gp pro an the gp tech?

  • @whereiseshan End of the day they are pretty darn close. Most prefer the feel of the GP Pro Gloves over the Tech. I find the Tech to be a bit more bulky

  • Rs taichi evo gloves vs GP Pro?

  • @segoviano07 Both are excellent gloves IMO. First I would say go with the one you like the looks of better (remember they both rock). I will say I did get a little better feel and faster break in from the Alpinestars GP Pro if that helps. Either way you will be very satisfied

  • @connet113 Don't worry mate, I don´t know if it´s my monitor or my eyes but I say that those look orange, or at least for me, cause I have an A stars jacket and GP pro gloves and they are by far a darker red than that, and for me they look orange :S

  • @SL9SH Ahhh ok, my mistake. I'm right in saying that they are the red model though right?

  • @connet113 Yes they did look for the KTM gp pro version, they also released a repsol edition which I couldn't find a good pic, but orange GP pros do exist.

  • @SL9SH They are the red ones, alpinestar don't make them in orange as far as I know.

  • Hey Brian, where did you got yours in orange???!! they would look kick ass with my Repsol fireblade, I got them in red...

  • good review thanks man... and I am glad ur not hurt from the accident. ride safe bro.
