@tiler2304 the stock drive of the apple ipod mini is a called a microdrive, which you can easily replace with a compact flash card. you don't have to modify anything, just open up the iPod mini, take out the microdrive, put in the compact flash card, and connect it to the computer so that iTunes can restore it to the stock apple firmware. or you can use rockbox on it. :)
