LOL, the iPhone is far from rooted stock. Jailbreaking essentially roots the iPhone. Without it, simply changing to another theme is impossible.

Apple never implemented flash because they like to do everything their way even if it means depriving their user base of fundamental features found in other phones.

I believe the reason the IPhone doesn't have Flash because they don't want to open the door for malicious software. The IPhone runs on root and once you gain access to it you have access to everything. It will need a more powerful processor before they can implement multiple accounts like they do on MacOSX. Also, Apple is behind the adoption of HTML5 which should be as powerful as Flash but not propietary. I believe Google wants that too.

I'm not sure why droid doesn't come with flash either but there is an update coming for the droid to get flash right from Adobe in January.

The Iphone however won't be getting flash because Adobe doesn't see eye to eye with apple.

@hastaluego249 only its not because everything the iphone does the droid does it just as well if not better! Point and case no flash on the camera. The Lack of flash support on the iphone.

The amount of customization you get on the droid without even having to Root/Jailbreak it is unheard of.

On top of that the phone takes video in dvd quality.

tell me now what does the I phone do better that can't have an app written for it, cuz the droid hardware out classes the i-phone?

I love the Droid. I have never owned an iPhone, but have played with one. The Droid is by far better. Most of the apps are free and it does everything and more than the iPhone. Oh, and I can replace my own battery and transfer files straight from my pc without using any app. Did I mention that I have a real qwerty keyboard?

Yes it might void but you can easily restore it.
