I received a message from Birchbox today saying they are out if the Pangea Organics face cream. I could have 100 birchbox points, or they can credit my account $10 dollars.

The Incoco strips were in one package, but has a total of 12 strips :) I really hope they send me the face cream. Did you get your box yet?

Did you like your boxes? I was let down when I opened my box and the Pangea Organics face cream was missing :( have you tried the face cream yet?

The mascara that I received in this box is pretty cool. Hopefully they send it to you since you said you were missing something

@texasbelle19 It's not full sized, did you see the video Birchbox released, the teaser video?  They show both the sample and full sized product....

I got the same stuff you did but my nail strips are glittery blue... im on the same page as you, might just cancel.

I think I'm missing something too. It's my first BB, so it's a little disappointing. I'll try it for another month or so, but it seemed a little skimpy to me.
