The Europena courts found that the victims' human rights were violated -- without making any comment upon the many innocent civilians killed or security services people tortured and killed by the various IRA groups. And do you know why? Because the IRA groups were all terrorists and not held to the same standards as civilised forces.

If they had intel on the attack why didn´t they arrest in advance? After all that is what the "security forces" are supposed to do...prevent and protect life.
