  • This is very nice. It said 2 parts out of 8. Where can I get the other six ? Is there a DVD?

  • this is only a taste.

Master Zhou never made a DVD. But I'm sure you can find the whole Qigong on a DVD by other teachers. It might also be a little different.

  • actually i saw his 36 methods qigong. Its good. this ba duan he's doing is probably something to make more money from his students LOL

  • Actually all of us practice the martial arts stuff and not Ba duan jin. Nevertheless, this is the actual traditional form of practice and not what you can usually find on the net.

  • YodaTheName, if you were as well versed in traditional martial arts as zhou jingxuan, you wouldn't be in front of a computer telling other people they're wrong. for starters, this man is clearly very knowledgeable and he is clearly very good at what he does. there is too much to take into account when judging any martial art, so please do yourself a favour and stop saying things that will only embarass you or your teacher.

  • i sure most of the kungfu masters, especially those near bejing had either left china, were killed, or were re-ducated during the cultural revolution. anything is left for money for foreigners to pay on their enlightenment in china haha

  • Actually, I am pretty sure Da Duan Jin goes back to the early Sung dynasty. Both Shaolin, and Taoist temple claim to have originated it.

  • What's not done well and where is the common mistake? Question to YodaTheName?

  • I liked it. Seems similar to the 8 Silk Weaving we do...except for the moving of the right foot and a couple other small things. It's neat to see how systems grow and change. Thanks for sharing this.

  • the ba duan isn't traditional:) its a compilation of stuff for old ppl. and because there were so many types they altered it. china tends to alter things that don't suit them. they are the middle kingdom anyway. surprisingly this guy is alright. majority of teachers there are fake
